Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us. A full refund will be initiated immediately.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may opt for a return once the product is delivered, subject to our return policy.
We offer a 7 day return policy. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Items on clearance or "Final Sale."
Customized or personalized orders.
Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeline: Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
If the return is due to a defective or wrong product, Maruti Trading will bear the return shipping costs.
For "change of mind" returns, the customer may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
